Clinical Supervision

  • My Supervision Approach

    I have strong teaching, research, leadership, and mentoring skills that support Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) in their development during supervision. I foster a collaborative learning environment where CSWAs explore their skills and knowledge. By integrating evidence-based practices and reflective discussions, I help them navigate challenges and deepen their understanding of social work principles. My commitment to ongoing professional growth enhances their learning and instills confidence, equipping them to serve clients effectively.

  • Fees

    CSWA Individual Supervision: $125/hour

    Group Supervision: $50/hour

    Please note: If you are BIPOC or a community mental health clinician paying out-of-pocket, I have available reduced rates.

  • My Theoretical Approach

    I have been trained in behavioral approaches, which has provided me with a solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As my practice has evolved, I have increasingly incorporated family systems and client-centered approaches, including parts-work and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

  • My Clinical Experience

    Since obtaining my MSW, I have worked with school districts, crisis centers (both outpatient and inpatient), and community mental health clinics. Initially, my focus was on children, but I now primarily work with adults.
